Is the porcelain dinnerware dishwasher and microwave safe? 

All porcelain dinnerware is dishwasher and microwave safe, with the exception of dinnerware with decorative metal such as gold or platinum. Please refer to our Care & Handling page for detailed information. 

Can you ship internationally? 

We’re sorry but we can only ship to United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland at the moment. 

What methods of payments do you accept? 

The payment pages used at Diamond Fine Porcelain are secure and you can safely enter your card details to pay for your order. We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, VISA, VISA Debit and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order? 

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. 
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please email us and include details of your order number and order date. 
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. 

What should I to do if I received a faulty item? 

We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as we can within office hours but we need you to email us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that we can resolve the issue for you. 

What couriers do you use?

We use a variety of different couriers depending on the delivery destination and size of package but the most used are:
• Royal Mail
• Hermes
• DPD

What if my parcel is lost, will I get reimbursed? 

If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing)
